we repaired the studs already with bigserts... stud in to tq specs — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cylinder on and mounting the pushrod cover — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

head on.. look first for the pushrod cover o-rings than find the dowls in the head — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

drop off oil on the flats and the threads off the head bolts — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and follow the tightening procedure — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

rocker box on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and cover on / coil bracket — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

we removed the front mount to have more room. needs to go back on.. red loctite on the bolts — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and tq these down to 66NM — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

engine half way up to hook up the wiring — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

engine full up and tq the front mount — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

exhaust on and spring tensioner on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

quick check for the stator... looks ok.. not short to ground, and it charges — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

desided to have a look inside to check the stator and check of oil yet modification is made ... oil line of to remove the cover — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

stator has been replaced already.. looks a little brown.. but no burns — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

rotor always difficult to see out side , but looks like no oiljet is in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and pulled the rotor off... indeed no oil yet ... i will send this one out for the oil jet. to make this a lasting repair — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
