19-8-2014 - Buell 1125CR, Rotor upgrade and oil change. Buell Uly, warrenty inspection. Buell XB12X, belt problems. Buell XB12S, from Belgium, customer had issues after ecm swap. X1 in a box, 2 customers came in from Denmark... with a van full off parts.

1125CR, Rotor upgrade and oil change, while he did come in for a Rotor upgrade, the customer asked if we could do a oil change to... with bike hot, drain the oil right away.

Buell Uly, warrenty inspection, customer bought the bike with warrenty from the dealers , and asked us if we would check the basic.
Buell Uly, warrenty inspection, belt check , rear wheel bearings are on the please fix list to the dealer , not bad enough for immediate replacement, but the end is near.

Buell XB12X, belt problems, customer was waiting at the dealers for 3 weeks for a belt change, and told the customer he had custom size pulleys, as they could not fit the belt.. so they put on the customers spare ( to small 1 inch ) belt, and the customer ask my opinion... belt change ? eyes closed 20 minutes max.
Buell XB12X, belt problems, the 1 inch 135 Teeth HD belt , in my opinion, nice a spare, but when using to long the pulleys will never go with normal size belt.

Buell XB12X, belt problems, and everything back to getter again, as the chin spoiler was falling apart ( 77000 km on the bike ) we removed it.

Buell XB12S, from Belgium, customer had issues after ecm swap, some things are simple, tps value 13 degrees ? .. test ride after a good tps set nice ride... easy fix.
X1 in a box, 2 customers came in from Denmark... with a van full off parts... S1 complete make over and a X1 in a box.
engine from the X1 has grenated... badly.. we will make it a nice running bike again.
