supporting the engine for the last time with a jack , as i need to lower the engine a little to mount the XB rocker covers

grinded a little on the inside off the cover to clear the rocker arms ( high lift cams are used )

testing... turning over the engine ... looks good

this is with out gaskets , 2 mm clearance.. should do it

same with the front

needed a little less clearance

grinded and testing again ...looks good

so covers on and pcv valves in

front mount painted black... cleaned up the mating surface to the head

little neverseas on the shank... red loctite on the threads

and tightening the bolt i do these 90 Nm , to get a good pretension on these strong bolts

front engine mount bolt in, little never seas

and tighening this one ( old tick style ) to 100 Nm

and the engine is in place

primairy cover on... fitting a new tensioner.. with a lightened flywheel you will see this one wear out much faster as stock

porn bolts also for the primairy cover

clutch cable in

i felt the shrink tube loose, and there is no glue inside , i cut it open, you see how far the primairy oil will travel in the cable ..

some new heat shrink tube with glue mounted to make this oil tight

dont' forget the drain plug

primairy oil in, and clutch mechanisme mounted

little cover so you can see there is a 6 speed inside ... bling :-)

loosly mounted the inspection cover , i still need need to adjust the chain, but the end drive needs to be on for this

oil cooler adaptor mounted

heated up the oil cooler mounts to make theme flexible to bend around the front frame pipe

don't know if i will keep these lines on... there like a file unprotected... will see , perhaps some nice goodridge hose

banke frame support... cleaning and painting it

grinded out the frame clamps so they do not destroy the frame coating , but fit perfectly around the pipe

as the brace pieces are drying... retapping the coil mount screw holes to clean out the powder coating

looks good in black on this bike , these little details cost allot off time ... but happy so far
