Buell Xb12SS, Stage 1 kit , as the engine was never rotated, off course the bolt was seazed in the rubber, and needed to force it out , keeping the tools under the rubber tension and doing 1/8 off a turn at the time , working with a spanner to keep the tension in the bolt.

sometime you got to do it again.

Buell Xb12S 2004 ,2e try intake seals, as the first time did not succeed, now mounting our intake flanges as trouble shooter.

Buell Xb12S 2004 ,2e try intake seals checking the o-rings and spacing in the heads.

Buell Xb12S 2004 ,2e try intake seals, this intake manifold was just slip our flanges on, no extra work needed to make the intake runner to the correct size.

Buell Xb12SS, Stage 1 kit , looking good , and did run so much better.

HD 883 , oldy but goodie, was leaking a little brake fluid on the front caliper, as a banjo washer was leaking a little.

HD 883 , oldy but goodie,, put new banjo washers in and new fluid in , good to go.

XB12X, neutral switch, sometime you have those weeks it look like every bike has the same problem.

XB12X, neutral switch, yeah, this one is also bad.

Xb cooling fan, some one asked me if they where serviceable, as he could hear the bearings run dry.. we had a old one lying around, and i also was curious...

Xb cooling fan, i would say , every ting can be fixed, but the cooling fan engine is "difficult " or with out special tools not easy to replace the bearings , glued end plate , and you can see the fields are badly worn in, one brush almost gone, i'm not going to to fix this.. but will be on the look out for replacement engine.
