wheel bearings are still ok... air impact hammer to loosen the bolts... broken to many bits and screws ;-) this works very good... special impact bit advised— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

wheel back in.. heee strange noise ? i can move the pully side ways by hand — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

as the nut is worn to the lock plate — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

lifted the frame up , check for oil filter , an oil lines for clearance .. and old isolator out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

lowering the frame and line out the holes ( needs to be perfect for the bolt to start — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and starting to put the parts back , rear tie rod in place — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

belt back to tension — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

btw .. a perfect expample off the temperarie shock recall fix.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

these covers braces where mounted temperary to be replaced by the new shock ( neverhappened on this bike ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

i push the piston back in position with a long allen key — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the pushrod removed.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and the culprit ... the top end that is sticking through the master.. this corrodes and makes the master not to return. and the pads stay in the disk... burning up— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cleaning and some lube to prevent this from happening again — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

battey check... ? that the bike even started ? positive is completely loose . — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

i tighen the poles .. and fasten the LI-ion with some zipties so it douse not knock around .. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

i think the owner still have some screws some where, after replacing the battery.. only 1 screw off the tail section was still in , so 2 new ones top side— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
