first need to pump out the fuel out he tank , drain hose mounted to the fuel line — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and with favorite diagnostics tool perform fuel pump test to pump it empty — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

take of the rear brake master — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
swing arm axle pinch bolt loose — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
losen the brake caliper bolts — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
axle pinch bolt loose metric bolt size 10 — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
wheel bearing check.. these will do — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
losening the rear brake line — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and shock mounting bolt loose to take out the swing arm — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loseing the ground point , loosen the nut — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
you need to srew out the stud to remove the ground cable — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
some one has done some fideling to this pump before.. i think they replaced the pump it self .. no fix for the wire connection throught the base plate problem — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
big ass c-clip pliers — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
these pumps can be hard to pull out — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
old pump ( back gound ) compaired to new one in front... yes the pump it self has been replaced
positioning slot in the frame
and on the pump.. put some mounting grease on the orings
gentle tapping the fuel pump in , and put the c-clip back on — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
wire harnes and ground cable in place
swing arm on
and brake master on
mounting back the wheel. the axle stopped turning.. dhamm .. threads are galling in the swing arm
cleaning up and trying.. i realy need to buy a tap for these ..
1 hour further . axle turns again fully in :-(
so wheel back in
exhaust back on..
and changing the fuel line with sensor
as the injector holders are also fragile , best to take theme of when removing the fuel line
push forward, press the tabs and pull... works better with pliers
the new full metal sensor housing and fuel line connector , compaired to the plastics one ( very fragile , bad for fuel line )
contact... check..
and running.. nice and steady as it should

and big ass cylinders.. nice ones
as usualy check .... these are to tight so setting the piston ring caps
ready to go on the bike
these cylinder have a rear and front
as the sleeves are cut so they do not tough each other
other piston down the barrel
prepping the base gasket.. needs a sliver cut of to clear the pushrod cover base plates .. as there is very little gasket material..a little help from some sealer gasket
front one on and mounted with hold down nuts
putting the c-clips in
i expect to fitment troubles , but with bought cylinders mounted.. rear wheel up and in 5e gear to turn the crank to see if the pistons clear each other
head gaskets on
and front head on
nice big surface on these cylinders.. and pockets milled for the cometic head gasket rivets .. nice
tq down the heads
pushrod covers on.. these are one of few the o-ring is best put on the cover ad push in the head
spring loaded.. big flat screw driver to mount the spacers
nice .. markings made to lenght
the roller rockers on
and mounting the intake
top bracket back on
and mounting the stenzel stutte
bracket in place
carb on
and mounting the headers.. leave the nuts a little loose
frist line up the muffler and brackets
coil back in
steering damper
contact.. ok first oil pressure switch
common these will not work after some time
now we can see if there is oil pressure
