Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, i like these , the normal X 2010 model even more, a real pity they where not sold as much.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, you see on the headers this is a 2010 Euro model ( dual O2 sensors and small headers and big connection piece tot the exhaust.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, ok time to strip the old stuff, straps hanger bolt and exhaust clamp loose.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, belt tension off and loosen the idler pulley a little.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, bolt off the exhaust valve cable, no longer needed.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade,, side stand off to mount the left side chin spoiler bracket.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, i rounded the head off one off the side stand bolts, i'm sure i could have used it , and leave it for the next mechanic to fight the bolt to get it out , not our style , better do it right , put a new bolt in.

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, little neverseas on the stainless screw so they will not gall on the stainless nuts.

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade,line out the exhaust ,check clearance to the side stand , and start tightening from the front.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, little heat shrink hose to secure the redundant exhaust valve cable, these cables are like a file when rubbing, so little protection can never hurt , strap it to the oil line with a zip tie.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, right spoiler bracket bended a little to line it up with out tension to the little front bracket.

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade,removed the exhaust valve and K&n airfilter in ( deleted the exhaust valve from the ecm other wise you will get a error code )

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, little things Buell was always working on upgrading the bikes, 2010 model have a nice nut to fix the Ecm compaired to the earlier models,

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, the stock high screen is for some people really irritating with buffeting , as in this case , we replace it with a nice screen.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, loosen the lower secure holding screws , an pop out the top plugs.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, the top plugs back in the new screen, and the securing bolts on the bottem.

 

Buell Xb12XT 2010, power upgrade, remove the top case rack... dham sexy bike now , looks allot better, need to do this to my own Uly ... test ride  i love it power and no more VW beetle exhaust fart , but a nice deep blurp when you pull the throttle, not to loud , and not irritating when cruising, just right ( personal opinion off course  )

 

Xl883 old skool, front brake, fix the leaking banjo bolt , now clean up the rest.

Xl883 old skool, front brake, you can right your name in the grease on the disk.

Xl883 old skool, front brake, new pads in, and it should brake a little better i think.

 

Buell Xb9S, diagnostics.

 

Buell Xb9S, diagnostics, as i pushed the bike in the shop i could hear something not right, and looks and sound like the 5e gear bearings inner our outer are bad, as you hear it comming from the front pulley with the engine off.
