1125CR stator fix, the clutch was also dripping, best to do this on the side stand, so it douse not leak any engine oil Our Clutch slave cylinder upgrade https://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/webshop/artikel.asp?guid=YXHFSC&aid=4207&cid=0&s=CLU1125&a&aname=Buell_1125R_1125CR_Clutch_Slave_Cylinders_

1125CR stator fix, cover back on, pulling nut on , and use the provided crush washers to connect the clutch line again

1125CR stator fix, to prevent the reservoir from completely draining i pull the clutch and hold it before i remove the clutch line, after mounting the new, remove the tape and fill the reservoir and bleed the system

S3 Head mount, the cylinder head cam eback from the machine shop where they remove the broken bolt , but as the thread was damaged by drilling and use left hand tap a insert needed to be placed... better as new i would say

S3 Head mount, as we broke ths seal on the headgasket, replace the base gasket to these gaskets are a pain to clean off... coount to 10.cup off coffie and a nicely grinded gasket scraper will work, it no rush job.. don't hack in the cylinder base , a old TQ plate secured in the vise will do nice to hold the cylinder with out damaging

S3 Head mount, head back on, and front mount in place Front mount: https://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/webshop/artikel.asp?guid=YXHFSC&aid=4367

S3 Head mount, and cylinder back on, a light coat of mounting lube will help for the initional few seconded running before the oil starts flowing

S3 Head mount, , cylinder base cleaned, cleaning up the rest

S3 bike came also for oil pump gear, so gear cover off, removing the timing plate

S3 Head mount, mark the pick up for easy assembly

S3 oil pump gear, ones you know the routine , the mix off different lenght screws holding the cover is easy, wink-emoticon

S3 oil pump gear, with the spring tension on the cams you will not be able to place the cover back on, there is a way around this , making alternative marking on the cams, but as the front rocker cover had the crappy papar base gaskets, and i could see the rear ones where also the 2 part gasket, best to remove front and rear, on the older narrow frames special tool is handy to remove the cover screw under the frame pipe Tool can be found here: https://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/webshop/artikel.asp?guid=YXHFSC&aid=4208&cid=437&s&a&aname=Motion_Pro_Rocker_cover_Wrench_Sportster_Buell

S3 oil pump gear, old crappy paper gasket , and begining to tear...bike has really been pampered , normaly these gaskets will not hold out for 35000 km
