08-10-2014 Xb12 engine chek and hammer time.
28-1-2015 - Buell Xb12X check engine light. Buell XB12XT hammer time. Buell 1125 header swap ( testing new headers )
Xb12X check engine light, Bike came in with a Check engine light, at the computer, Exhaust valve is misbehaving, and Battery to low, as there was a new battery already installed, the exhaust servo is the main cause.. option to open the exhaust valve and disable the exhaust valve servo was ok for the customer.

Xb12X check engine light, as i want to open the exhaust valve the exhaust needs to come off , loosening the rear straps.

Xb12X check engine light, take out the strap saddle bolt and loosen the exhaust clamp , to drop the exhaust.
Xb12X check engine light,using some binding wire fix the exhaust valve open , and mount back the exhaust.

XB12XT 2008, hammer time, loosen the rear wheel axle to loosen the belt tension, so the idler pulley can be pulled a little forward to remove the rear strap.
XB12XT 2008, hammer time, front strap and exhaust clamp loosen and remove the bolt, unscrew the exhaust valve operating cable.
XB12XT 2008, hammer time, i fold the exhaust valve cable on it self and some heat shrink tube about it to protect the lines and cable, fix it with tyrerap so the cable can not rattle.

1125 testing new headers for fit form , our shop dyno mule was waiting on the TQ 2 for 1125 to furter the testing, is little work to test fit the new 1125 headers we will be producing ( frist proto )
