mounting the caliper makes it easier to loosen the pad pins — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

line up the caliperwith the spokes, and put the wheel in , set the axle to 55 NM left hand — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

also a drop loctite on the caliper bolts.. and tighten to 50 Nm — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

pump the brakes to pressure.. so you don't have any surprice pushing the bike :-) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ok leg first.. will try with a new seal... and smooth out the damage on the slider... if this douse not work.. we need a new slider pipe — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

frotn wheel bearings.. this spacer is useless. the inpressions are to big, and the spacer is now to short to support the bearings.. ( and be tight to the bearings ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
