long drift and heavy hammer tap the bearings out— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

saterday job.. mounting black coated single tip TQ hammer... this bike is still new ( 2009 model ) has done only 2300 km , they are still out there — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ok first we discpnnect the exhaust solinoid cable — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new airfilter .. out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

loosening the stock exhaust .. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

little WD40 on the pipe connection as these can be a pain to remove the first time , normaly on with silicone sealer — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

5 minuts and some bad words the exhaust came off.. removing the cable on the exhaust — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

soem heat shrink tube over the cable end.. to protect and ziptie to the breather line , behind the pully cover — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

remving the side stand — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

to mount the chin spoiler bracket.. use red loctite on the bolt when you mount these back — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

assamble the exhaust and tighten the bolts when there all in position and exhaust sits good — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

make sure the rear straps run free off the idler pully— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

upgrade the ecm with the correct fuel mapping, and test ride :-) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

furhter with the 1125.. steering head bearings is , if you can use staps — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

lower back in and top plate back on , for now with out the legs do not thighten theme — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

service the legs with fresh oil... and back on the bike... to aline the steering head — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

tighten the stem nut to 55 NM to preload the bearings — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and the front wheel can go back in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

front axle 55 NM and caliper 50 NM — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
