leaving the pinch bolts on to loosen the front axle nut — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and loosen the bolts on the fork brace , will be hard to remove while mouted with fender , but with 1 fork out you can take it out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

prepping the front brake caliper for removal, cap out— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

pad pin and spring out , to take the brake pads out— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and with a little luck you can remove the caliper... some times it is needed to loosen the brake disk bolts so the disk is loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and with the 2 triple t bolts loose the fork comes out— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

no srping tension so easy to remove the lock plate , and take 2 14 mm spanners to remove the top cap from the damper tube — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

fork upside down to loosen the damping tube — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

oh .. strange the left one did not had a crush washer , the right one did , it did not leak , but these are better off using a pair off new crush seal washers with rebuilding — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

easy mounting the brake caliper.. loosen the disk bolts a few turns — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

wheel back in , drop off locktite — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

tighten the left pinch bolts — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

bump the suspention and tighten the right pinch bolts — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
