7-8-2014 - Buell M2 1e gear shift problem and mouting TQ hammer. Buell XB Big service and rocker cover gaskets.

Buell M2 1e gear engaging with a delay, the pins that hold the detent plate on are not lined up,making the detent plate sticking out to much, hence the rubbing.

 

Buell M2 1e gear engaging with a delay, easy fix, as the pins can be tapped in so they all are the same lenght.

 

Buell M2 1e gear engaging with a delay, drive gear off the 5e gear ( shifts between neutral and stays in for the rest off the gears, the dogs are scuffed and burred, we will replace this one and the 5e gear drive ( where the pulley is mounted on )

Buell M2 1e gear engaging with a delay, behind the rear cylinder / below the starter motor we spotted some oil leaking, looks like starter motor gasket, with all off , no is to time to fix this.
