and tacle the non locking seat lock

first the oily bits .. and sparkplugs ... ultimate airbox off

oil drained and fresh in the geasrbox

and engine oil in the swingarm

readjusting the clutch cable after setting the ball and ramp

cover can be back on

spark plug check

while checking the bike keep your eye out for strange things... front mount left bolt is loose ... very strange this comes loose.. will check the other one to

in the mean while , checking the belt

and checking the primairy chain tension

making a litttle lift to support the engine with out havig to press on this exhaust

bolt was finger tight ... and did come out allready

cleaning and red loctire

and set to 66 Nm

right one was tight

freking cupperslip... sometimes .....ok cleaning and red loctite for longer lasting fun...

chin spoiler bracket back on.. this 2 piece one. put the front screw in

and than thighten the rear buts , so the brace is in position

rear wheel bearings.. would not expect it with 7800 km but better to check any way

new cover on

use some blue loctide on the screws

and tighen it down... nice

was a other bolt missing

obsolete from HD.. but we have replacements for these

moving up.. rear spark plug , trying to pull the cable off the plug.. pulled the connector off bugger

front one is still ok

new cable rear.. point these cable inwards so they run free from any rubbing

airbox plate back on... nice... only down side need to clean my greasy finger prints off it ;-)

swaped the bike around for the front end check

a other loose bolt... this time the brake pad pin bolt... strange.. good thing we do this check up

frotn wheel bearings are ok

new brake fluid in , front

and rear

tail section loose , use loctite here , for these screws

seat lock just douse not catch the hool

i will start with 3 washers to spacer the seat lock a little more backwards

did the trick :-) ... oil level check and test ride :-)

removing the stock airfilter

stock rings out

active throttle control cable removed

and loosen and remove this from the solinoid

and wirelock the 2 throttles plate to getter

out intake stacks can go on only 1 way

press theme down firmly while you put the spring clip back on , the rings should snap in place

and you need to be able to pull on the stacks with your these to come loose

exhaus has cooled enough.. removing the heavy pieve off iron

right side.. easy to loose the foot peg base

long rounded point helps here

instand improvement.. just by weight los

as the th2 exhaust douse not weighmuch

lining up the muffler and header
