XB9R check up

XB9R check up, mnnn odd ware pattern

XB9R check up , the sliding pin on the caliper is put back in at a angle , will try to rettap the treads so it is centered again

XB9R check up , wheel bearings check , still ok

XB9R check up , on the 03 models put some never seas on these little screws as they will seas

XB9R check up , rear caliper bolt out

XB9R check up , mounting half way to have some support and used s thread chacer first from the rear and finished from the front

XB9R check up , little attention screwing the bolt back in as the rounded front end can make it cross thread very easy, but she is in straight and will brake to the full disk now

XB9R check up , very early xb.. the plastic inspection cover is still on, did not last very long and these where very soon replaced by the alumium covers wink-emoticon ... checking primairy chain tension

XB9R check up , swapping the bike around for the front end

XB9R check up... little tight on the front axle... needed the breaker bar to loosen it

XB9R check up, little show and tell what happens when a disk feels warped , with a sharpy and twisting the wheel a few times braking lightly you see the sharpy fade on some places

XB9R check up , and will be left full on others

XB9R check up , a pair off almost done wheel bearings are no help for a good brake

XB9R check up , so new bearing, and off with the old disk.
