checking the valve lash

ok first 2 are to tight as 0,010 is minimum for exhaust

need to remove the finger spacer , best with a screw driver from behind.. carefull these can break , and they are different intake cam or exhaust cam

slide the finger off the valve spring

and use a little magnet to remove the old shim

on used shims you need to measure.. where you are

and take you box off shims

to find one that will give the valve lash you want

double check..

shim back in place , slide the fingerss in place ( i done the other valve to

rotate the engine to set the valve shims

and check the the lash if this has become what you wanted

the same for the intake cam.

needed to do the intakes to, as they are down to the minimum play

check the size and finding a right fitting one

front is ready, cover back on

coil mounted.. double check the connector it locks.. other wise use a small ziptie to lock it.. seen these come off leaving the bike running on 1 cylinder

moving on to the rear " aka the easy one " plug out

good combustion
