i see this more, R models the seat is not mounted correctly and the bracket will bend as the seat is resting on it, and not slided in .. as this is aluminium i will carefully try to bend it

the charging was al ready checked 3 time at a bike shop... they could not find a definate problem ;-) ok i fix it... number 77 connector looks not that bad, but i think this is the problem — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

so charging.. take out bought connectors off the regulator so you can work on the cables — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

we are going to cut the cables off the feed and ground to the battery .. as the cables are all black on the regulator end.. marking it now makes life allot easier later on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

don't forget to remove the battery cables.. working with 4 to 6 mm2 feed wires.. no fuses , shorting these cables is realy nasty — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

i notice the front suspention was not reacting very nice.. i will set these to a base setting.. and take here for a spin — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ok.. i'm suspecting off course the 77 connector. but this one is very clean.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

15-16 volts idle over all leads.. good.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

could it just be a bad battery.. well it is drained.. i will recharge it overnight and see to morrow again — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
