18-7-2017 - 8-6-2017 Buell 1125CR Exhaust upgrade and Buell XB9S 03 check up steering head bearing and brake disk
some times you come across something special , the exhaust kept popping off the headers as no front mount bracket was used on this one
and the damper bodies are about ready to grenade , pop rivets comming lose and blowing out so bandclamps where added by the customer
our new model TH2 easy mounted ( no longer carbon mufler body , so a DB insert can be used )
looking good
DB insert in for now, as this customer is going on a Europeen road trip
Polished Bling XB9S in for check up, and new front

while heating up.. i remove the covers
little bit on the magnet.. for 03 normal
just a little thing i noticed.. the axle is sticking out a little ?
anyway.. new oil filter on
checking the belt.. these 03 belts need to check on hair cracks out side
axle out.. looks like there is a ding on the outer ring, perhaps this is why the swing arm is pulled in ?
first wheel bearing check.. loosen the lower cover, and lift the bike a little so you can pull the belt to the side and not damage it
bearings are ok
wheel back in.. and belt guards mounting back on.. put a little neverseas on these screws
front pully cover back on.. if you can mount this when you are able to rotate the wheel.. to check if the metal rear base plate is rubbing
bike swapped around .. nice head light mod
seams to be a hot topic these days :-) looking good
anyway front wheel bearing check
these are done for , i think still originals ? from 2003
and new disk needed to be mounted
