1125 Hamertime, always a joy to see this bike come in very nice R, TH2 exhaust upgrade , and headers wrapping 

1125 Hamertime, taking a old blanket to protect the fairing when it comes off

1125 Hamertime, removing the old , loosen front clamps

1125 Hamertime,remove left and right rear hanger bolt

1125 Hamertime, and the front mounting bolts

1125 Hamertime, as we are going to wrap the headers to make it a little more comforteble behind the fairing , i remove the front header works better like that

1125 Hamertime, rash on skin from the glasfiber, but it works

1125 Hamertime, taking the rear as far as i could reach, and mounted the heat shield back over it

1125 Hamertime, TH2 pipe on —

1125 Hamertime, front bracket loosely mounted

1125 Hamertime, preassemble the exhaust

1125 Hamertime, and put it on turning and sliding so all is free but is as tight to the bike as possible

1125 Hamertime, in position fasten the hanger

1125 Hamertime, tap the header connections to free some tension

1125 Hamertime, and fasten the front mount

1125 Hamertime, and the clamps

1125 Hamertime, with the fairing mounted ,

1125 Hamertime, on request remove the db killer, bal end 3 mm allen key , remove the grub screw

1125 Hamertime, and wiggle with a tick pipe the Db killer until it come out

1125 Hamertime, just because it is a very nice bike

S3 belt change the long way , what to do if your home made belt change tool breaks... :-X

S3 belt change the long way , well do it the some what longer way... if you have done it a few times it is really simple.. lifting the frame , exhaust removed 

S3 belt change the long way , air filter off

S3 belt change the long way , oil pomp out, and front feed line to filter loose ( to give length in the oil hoses )

S3 belt change the long way , remove oil filter ( tie rod bolt will pinch the filter

S3 belt change the long way , tale section loose the mounting bolts

S3 belt change the long way, high enough to remove a isolator.. off course check for tension in cables while you do this ( battery cables loose )

S3 belt change the long way , new belt on, andthe frame can be lowered again

S3 belt change the long way , 100 NM on the isolator bolts

S3 belt change the long way , with the oil pomp out easy to check the condition... with 55000 , still ok oil pump back in

S3 belt change the long way belt guard rubbers when there old peel with screw driver the lip throught he holes

S3 belt change the long way top side back on

S3 belt change the long way , checking the belt tension , and tighten the axle ... ready to go
