mnnn will mount some stainless bolts back.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
the only T27 ;-) on a 1125 ( the rest are T30 ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

little flacking..some off the rotor isolation nothing to worry about... if this is the first time this comes loose.. could be from running in the engine / gearbox... — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
pair off needle nose and pull out the screen in the tubilair section — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

10 mm hex size axle pinch bolt ( most off the bolts are metric on this the 1125 ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
rear caliper off i find this easy with long extentions from the left side — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

caliper back on, you can also turn the bolts from the right side, but do you don't have much room for the ratched — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
checking rear master caliper .. pedal and rod should feel good all the way , the rear master cylinders have a tendency to seas.. so check this — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

bike swaped aroung to rotate the engine down.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
first, airbox off... i leave the filter in, as the the airbox is filled with road debris and i don't want this in the throttle bodies when i pull off the airbox — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
rear plug , aka the" easy one " coil out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
check the gap on the new plugs — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
moving to the front.. loosen all the screws from the inner airpods — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
drop the radiator a little to get to the top mounting screw , and pull the whole inner pod off the support bracket and leave it hanging — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
we need to turn over the engine, this can be done throught the hole in the ignition cover , crash protection needs to come off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
the black plug out , you will find the c-clip and plug , when you remove this you have acces to the 17mm crank end to turn over the engine — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
as we need to replace the front fork oil to.. and for engine rotation it works best to remove the front end anyway , pinch bolts loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
axle out and caliper off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loosen the clutch line bracket — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and loosen the fork bolts to pull the legs out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
same other side ... the steering head bearing can be checked no to.. this one feels like they are nackered.. will contact the customer if we can replace these right away — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
right inner pod loose , put 1 screw back in to hold the reservoir — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
intake air scoop loose 1 bolt and take the inlet air temp sensor loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
prepping the front .. steering head lift . and taped a fashlight to it to see better — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
clutch master loose from the bar end... so the clutch line has room enough for engine rotation — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
engine supported, the engine bolts can come out let one — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and right one out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loosen the right side pinch bolts , and slide the sliding mounting bushing a little out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loosen the rear O2 connector , as this will need also more free play with the engine rotated down — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and bought front bracket bolts out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
cut the zipties for the cable harness , and disconnect the horn — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and pull out the rear O2 sensor wire some so this will get tension — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loosen the rear brake master ( or footpeg complete ) to prevent the switch be crushed in the frame — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and engine rotated down... injector and coil plug loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
front plug out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
you can defenaly see spark erosion wear on these.. after 16000 km — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and valve cover off to check the lash — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
check the lash between the cam follower and the valve shim , not between the cam follower and cam— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
exhaust front are good to go. intakes one at minimum and one to tight — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
turn the nylon distance holder between the cam followers upside down and push it up with a screw driver — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and slide the follower to the side to have acces to the shim — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
little marking on the cam.. douse not show up on the follower.. i will check this the next time , douse not look to bad — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
with a magnet on a stick you can take out the shim— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
taking notes.. where you are — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and in our big box off shims find the correct one to mach the size you want — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
fingers back in place, turn the engine over 1 time so the shims seat.. and check if you done it right — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
if everything is correct the finger spacer can be put back — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
cover back on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and coil back on.. check the conector if it locks .. if not lock it with a ziptie .. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
moving to the rear head.... cables can be in the way, sometimes needed to loosen the solinoid and fuse box to get enough space — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
turning the engine over counter clock wise only please — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
same here.. exhaust are ok.. but intakes are at minimum , spacer out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and measuring and replacing the shims — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and cover back on.. take real good care the seals will stay on.. very frustrating to rebuild and notice the rear rocker cover starts to leak because the cover seal was not correct on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
rear coil back on , and plug all the connectors back on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
engine up — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loosen the 2 side bolts off the front braces... and line up the top holes.. start these by hand — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
middle bolts back in.. start tightening on the fixed side off the frame , the left side — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and than go to the sliding spacer side on the right— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
pinch bolts tightened — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and crank plug back in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
