not good at all if you can take the bearing out by hand — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
ok for now... not nice... next time a new wheel ... upset the aluminum around the bearing..and metal glue for security.. the bearing is ok and tight... but these wheels have only so much bearing replacements in theme before the pressin fitting is to wide , so make every change count.. and do it good , to have minimal wear — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

smaller size ( 24 MM socket ) but protect these aswell, the alumium will scare very fast — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

rubbing issue. regulator wires are rubbing against the cooling fins .. i rerouted these.. and ziptie theme to the w-brace — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
fresh brake fluid front and rear... warming up the bike and check / set oil level... and she is ready for the road again — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

mnn i really don't understand the reason some people hacksaw cut the velocity stack... as buell spend some time developing it , for good air flow and length off the intake (negative pulsing throught the 2 in 1 exhaust system to help the cylinder filling better ) ok if you think the stack sucks vacuum to the top cover... but cut it straight than... ok good fix.. but if only the bolt was thicker.. now to much room in the hole makes the stand come under a greater angle ... — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

pulled the cable out to repair.. some other issues... looks like a Uly cable is mounted... a little long.. the exstra lenght is in the way... so was toughting the header and exhaust .. burn marks here — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

fittings are tight... not trying to tighten to hard... the aluminium threads on the oil cooler can only have so much.. i will check this when running.. it this is the point that leaks — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
