cover of still old orange gaskets, replace these always for the newer black ones

1125 service check up

take a littke finger practice to slide it back on behind the disk — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and set the caliper bolt to TQ

use some rag to catch the oil , before it spill on the exhaust - starter motor — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

yes.. so used to take this lock plate.. but it douse not work now.. the nut is turning the crank and the pinion gear is idle ;-) — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

gear is broken , due to twisting over the key — atTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

find the old piece and nothing missing is always something to look for — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

but now to get the spacer off , as the broke off key has left a big burr — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

needed to fight it a little to get a crack to put a puller on — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

xb12r in for check up and fuel mapping.. we finished this bike 3 weeks ago.. but the afv is now off the scale.. needed 150 % ego.. that is way to much i suspect something wrong — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

as it is to little fuel pressure and bleeding of the moment the pump stops running.. we have a fuel leak in the pump — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

see the problem, the o-rings sticking out the black regulator housing — at Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new o-rings on and creative sollution to hold the regualtor holder on straight.. as this is not the best mounting system ( upgraded not much later ) — atTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
