SCG models... are low ... the bottom off the exhaust will be hurt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

loosen the pad pins — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and caliper loose line the wheel spokes out, to get the caliper off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and don't forget to check the wheel bearings — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

nice galfer disk on... brakes like a charme and much less prown to warping — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the bolts did not go in easy.. so cleaning the threads in the wheel — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

with a little loctite set the bolt to 35 NM ( stock hardware ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new pads pushed in.. hold theme down to push the pad pin in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

hadn tight caliper on.. helps to aline the wheel — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

axle in and set to 55 NM — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and caliper bolts to 50NM with a drop off loctite — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

now pump the brake s you have pressure, no surprices when you push the bike off the lift — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

push down the front suspention a few time to set the fork legs on the axle — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

and tighten the pinch bolts — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

warming up and drain the oil — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

plug back in and fil it — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

brake fluid is one that gets older. and the compensating membrame will bleed a little brake fluid over time — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

so clean and fresh brake fluid, so the old stuff will not boil as quick — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

after some basic checks.. ground points ect.. just checking the AIC as is know this can cause strange behavior — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and i will make the idle air hose better as you can pull this one off very easy — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and loose on the butterfly, need to bind the shafts to getter ... test riding — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the dril tool clamps also in the hole , so aline good and tap it in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

retappees the hole and new stud in. taking measurement from the rear cylinder head — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

i'm no profecional welder, but i can stick some things to getter... made a new front mount system that will support better , given all the cracks i welded — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

1125 clutch.. whn you know you need to replace it .. bind the lever to the bar.. this way the reservoir will not drain empty — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

crash cover off .. clearly been leaking — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

allen key and socket to remove the puller nut — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

with the nut removed, you can remove the fluid line— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and take the cover off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

normaly you need to peel the vacuum membrame loose .. do this carefully — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cover off.. c-clip out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

place on a flat service and give the old cylinder a tap.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new cylinder pushed in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and check the cylinder is deep enough the c-clips sits in the slot — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cover back on and fluid banjo on with the 2 new crush washers suplied — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

pulling nut back on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and bleed the system — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

you will need to pum[ the system a few times to get pressure.. carefull if you do this with out the cover, as it will squirt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

crahs cover cleaned and some silicone grease in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
