the open pipe needs a better mounting

a bit flimsy , if you ask me these things rattle and grow due to vibration and heat 

frist the oil filter of 

so i can loosen the oil cooler feed line 

the fitting into the engine is broken, for a good repair , best to remove the header 

engine mount has seen betterdays..

battery box ? 

yep battery box

as the w-brace needs to come loose .. the scoop and box need to come of 

cramed for space.. using everything .

oil lines from the cooler 

front mount of 

now penitrating oil .. as they are hardly turning

as my 10'o clock is there .. new exhaust needs to b mounted

pully cover of as this rear brace is a pain to remove

loosen the axle to loosen the belt tension 

with the idler pylly of , more room to take of rear straps

side stand of to mount the chin spoiler bracket

exhaust on.. and chin spoiler bracket on 

right side airscoop mounted 

one piece nice desing chin spoiler on.. ( these are stronger than the oem stuf ) and TQ hammer decalls 

updating the fuel map .. and test ride :-)

back to the custom XB.. 1 exhaust nut down.

and the other one also loose... feeling lucky.. tighen a little and turn for turn loose.. spay WD40 tighten and loosen .. works not in all cases 

airbox cover ? 

anyway needs to come of.. alwasy nice to see M6 screws in 1/4 UNC holes 

some one should tell these guys. the engine moves

with a fixed mounted filter the filter will break 

will open the breather hose —

and i will mount the idle screw on the normal easy to reach place 

engine down.. header of —

tapping in a t45 bit works.. to turn out the broken of piece 

the other end retrieved from the oil line 

to mount the new fitting. the oil pressure switch needs to come out 

cleaning the threads.. 1/8-27 NPT

fittings on . and oil line to the cooler —

checking the tension.. this wil be o 

cleaning the stud treads 5/16 UNF

and i will spoil tthe bike with some new nuts 

need to adjust the oil line route.. as it is rubbing the exhaust 

mnnn ok ground problems ?

quick check for side stand pivot, as the ols style ( like this one ) can come loose 

draining the last from this bike 

will inform the customer.. some thing bog is comming on

totaly un familiar with the brend.. as with 5500 km the bike is as good as new 

so why are the wheel bearings broken ?

take of the belt guard 

pinch bolt is 10 mm 

pinch bolt is 10 mm 

and pressing in some new ones 

there was a other nois . behind the front pulley a big rock was found ? 

as i take of the nut. best to check in side 

so the funtion and working decribeted 

wheel back on

and caliper mounted 

heating up the oil before the fan kicks in 

and oil change.. as the customer did not trust what is in the enigen

oil checking procedure

bike brought in with broken engine noise —

bike looking this clean and so little .. as the customer told me with oil change no debris on the drain plugs.. nut loose ? sprocket ? need to check the first —

inspection cover of. with the chain i can move the engine procket side ways .. not good.. but is good.. no big end but simple engine nut 

take the shifter loose 

sprocket is loose on the splines 

taking of the clutch so we can take of the chain 

splines look ok 

precousing.. put some loctite on the spline..to fill the amount of play between the crank and flyweel 

main shaft nut back on 

and primairy clutch pulling plate mounted

new gasket.. and tq the 14 Nm 

clutch mechnisme in 

shift lever an 

and setting the primairy chain tension
