shift lever off ,don't pry these open , use a lever to push it off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
exhaust removed to drain the gearbox oil — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
losening the primairy chain tension — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
the leaking cases — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
primairey cover off and remove the pulling plate to get the the hub nut — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
primairy drive removed — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
shift detent plate off to remove the shifter mechanisme — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and gearbox bolts out , to pull out the gear box — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
i will remove the oil cooler to close for comfort to the engine — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
oil filter adaptor off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and oil pressure check valve out before i loose it ;-)— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
other side.., puuly cover off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

loosening the shock canister strap — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
regulator off and unscrew the ground connector on the back — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
wheel axle loose and loosen the belt tensioners — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
belt out off the way — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loosenign the shock bolts to remove the shock — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
oil line loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and oil pump out.. and drain the cases as we need to split these — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
ignition cam senser plug off so we can remove the sensor — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
timing cover plate off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
mark the sensor for easy mouting it back — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and timing cup out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
spark plugs work perfect to plug 3/8 oil hose :-) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

loosen the rear and lower front bolt to the manifold— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and acces to the intake manifold, — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loosen the throttle wires to take it out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
i like to take off the head before i remove the engine.. much lighter to handle and will not damage the frame , to rocker cover off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

head bolts need a breaker bar.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and off with the head — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
these seals are sometimes a pita .. these where also half out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
front head, same story, but loosening the front engine mount ( support the engine before you do this ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
front pushrod tube seals .. a wonder they sealed .. will take more care off this during mounting — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
cam cover loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
and off with the complete cam train — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
loosening the engine mount bolts to the swingarm piece — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
these bolts use D shaped washers — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

3/8 oil hose.. usefull in many ways , protecting the pistons / rings from banging against the studs — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and evenly break the seal, and lift off the right side ( left side the crank is pressed in ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
bugger... greasy fingers .. gasket did not seal — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
