mnnn spring off the belt tensioner is broken... need to fix this one — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

looks also the pully cover douse not have enough clearance as it is rubbing the idler pulley — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

right scoop missing... well original ones we have plenty around donated by customers with big scoops , so will mount one — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ok rear wheel out... bugger... these bearings are not supposed to come out this easy — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

needed to fix this, so obset the aluminium all around , there by shrinking the diameter a little , just enough to get a good enough fit for the new bearings.. and metal glue to make sure it stays in for a while... given the time and budget , the best i could do , will hold , but next bearing change... really need to consider a new wheel — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

i noticed a hard steering head knock.... the steering head bearings lost there preload... losening the lower clamp bolts , weight off the bike — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

handle bars off and retightening the steering stem nut , and the knokking noise is gone — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

X1 donor bike... need to be inspected for license , and running good... so fuel mapping was put in as it is bascily a Buell X1 in a other frame — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

little problem... side stand bolt walked out, and 1 broke... for now i thighen the one bolt left , as the customer could not leave his bike... with a big warning take care ... only 1 bolt in !!! he will make a apointment to dril the other one out to replace it — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

1125 clutch issue , ziptie the lever to the bar so the reservoir will not drain — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

bike is leaking oil from the clutch cover — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and loosening the cover .... there should not be so much oil in there — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

everty thing is soaking in oil... no wonder the clutch dit not work properly... the seal is also gone ? — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

they have been scraping on the inside .. i bet the clutch hub nut came loose :-( — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

so peeling out the aluminium from the allen heads to loosen theme — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and i can pull the clutch hub about 6 to 7 mm ... not good..the loose nut woudl have caused a rattle all ready... why did the owner not stopped then.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

preping the m2 for the dyno, after running a while i can take a little off the jetting , so hopefully the last time apart — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

i will put a retaining kit on, do the tank is securely on ( the plates with the teeth ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

so dyno it is , slowly lossening the bike with the break in oil — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

okish for now... it will change still a little as the engine is still very fresh... and runs hot — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

enough for now... slowly heating her up more and more... in the dyno with airco and blowers on i can keep here cooler than on the road — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

1125 fuel pump loosing pressure... electical or mechanical , so 3 time testing this untill the fuel pump heat sinks and stops working , cold 8 volts over the pump / ecm out put — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the moment the pump stops 4,6 volts left — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

power to the pump is ok — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

allot off resitance ? nor sure this is normal... need to check with a new pump — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

about 50 km done on the dyno with alternating rpm and load... time for normal oil — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
