traction pegs are nice 

nut lower pegs are nicer ;-) 

old pivot pins have a straight end.. very hard to mount these back 

if you give the starting edge a chamfer, mounting is much easier

height differance.. with long legs.. a absolute delite

checking the rear bearings ..

and brake pads can change theme 

tight off course 

they feel bad.. i can not turn these by hand anymore

so new bearings in

and fresh brake pads 

put some neverseas on the belt cover screws, these can corrode 

new chin spoiler screws .. little loctite for longer lasting pleasure

and the spoiler back on

if you check th rear bearings.. do the front ones to 

and new pads aswell 

these are nackered also 

new pads and bearings 

contact....!! missing a light, oil pressure warning light that is 

she runs very nice.. oil is there

quick check.. pull he connector off the oil pressure sensor, and hold a screw driver in. tough metal and it should work 

check.. wireing is ok.. just a normal oil pressure switch failure 

X1 putting back to getter 

directonal ok on the pistons ? 

piston clips in.. take some rage to put in the case holes.. just in case

heads on and TQ the heads bolts 

pushrod tubes on.. new gaskets work better 

and the rocker covers on

old style rocker cover bolts.. long and short ones 

in some cases leaving the headmount off it works easier to tighten the front rocker cover 

neverseas and 272 loctite for the front mount bolts

and tighen these to specification , only than the bolts are very strong

header on

redneck trottle wire retention.. ( the orginal is missing ) this works 

intake manifold on and front bracket mounted to line out the throttle bodie

for now just tight... will be of and on a few time i fear

knalpiep back on 

mnn will give this some more isolation 

top brace on.. and fuel filter holder 

oil filter in

battery in 

and break in oil int he oil tank 

contact.. letting here pump oil untill she has pressure

ok reasdy for fuel tank.

checking the basic... should run , first heat

front pully back on.. taking off the belt tension 

nice new pully and moutning set.. we are proud we can offer these for a very good price 

pully on and new nut on , a little drop off loctite 

lock plate on.. will fit always 

in the mouting kit.. even new bolts with preaplied loctite .. nice 

speedo was not working.. simple check.. sensor wire s black and read should have resistance

black and white have resistance to ... not good 

new sensor check... this one no resistance between black and white 

old one out new one in

wire up 

and checking .. works !
