walking by the bike... the crappy looking rockerboxes started to bother me.. a little bite the bullet and make it beter

so rocker covers off again

and rockerbox off slowly loosen theme evenly

the right rear position you need a spanner not a socket

box off

and removing the rocker

and tapping the pivot rods out

mnn they where already marked... but put in different ? i'm sure they all are the same but never the less , best to go back in same position

so this one can also go the powdercoating

48 in for this winter, and needed some parts coated

nice bike

issue unstable.. looking at the front wheel it is out off center ?

first the parts off for coating , handle bar switch

indicator needs coating

loosening the thorttle cable adjuster, , this way i can easiers remove the sildes

hooking out the cable

i wanted to remove the indicastor pins

but the cable was solderred anyway , so i cut the connection

indicator nut remvoed

and peeling out the lens

and the stud out with the counter nut

handle bar off

we want to do it all.. black is not black in all cases , when the parts return. they will all be black the same colour

seat off and removing the tank

quick disconnect loose

and fuel pump plug our

need to free the headlight connector

locating the connector under the wire harness protective plate

and loosning the wire

so i can remove the speedo and indicator lights from the mount

pushed the indicator bezel out

and other indicator

something fishy is going on... wheel rim is out off center, while the wheel hub is center , customer told me the wheel has been respokend ? but why

spacers and bearings seams to be good

about 10 mm off to the left

i take off the caliper to see if this is on correctly, and has the movement to change

is mounted to max

there is some space to have the hub a little to the left

but the hub is centered, should be ok.. hard to find information on this issue

but i'm pritty sure the hub and rim needs to be centered , the hub is , only the rim is off to the left
