check the gap... please do before you screw theme in un checked.. out the factory the plugs are usualy 0.7 mm XB wants 0.9 to 1 mm for a nice spark — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

2e overzize .. as the pulled out studs distorted the cylinder wall leaving to many marks... i want to fix this right... as the previous rush jobs... did not work out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

amd the front.. grrrrr... 1 off the repaired stud is a comming out again.. even with the lower OEM head gasket torqing methode (13 NM, 21 Nm and 90 deg. ) what comes down to about 43 -47 NM depending on the drag off the head bolts ( use off oil on the threads ect.. ) this stud only came to 35 Nm after 90 Deg... no use going on and put everything back.. as we experianced the gasket will fail... need to think off a solution for this bike.. looks like the cases aluminium is weakend by a previeus repair ? and all the stud pulled way to much TQ on theme ? — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
