7-12-2017 - 3-11-2017 What did we do today Buell XB brakedisc wobble, Buell XB9SX big service
disk stutter... having fixed 1 or 2 XB ... i can almost see on the wear bands on the disk how hard it will stutter
but checking with a sharpy make things better visible
this is spinning the wheel no brake pressure.. the pads are already rubbing on 1 spot
you see the line fading on the aria where it rubs
while this part off the disk is rubbing
this part douse not , we will replace the disk
ok wheel out
bearings are ok
i take the forks out to to service and fix the leaking seal
ready to take theme apart.. but first my 11 o clock apointment
xb9sx.. daily driver... in for check up
ratle the shift lever to check the bolts are still tight.. this one moves to much
draining the oil.
little loctide on the screws helps
clutch cable has been repaired.. i think i need to replace it
take off the covers while draining

mnnn 2 bolt missing .. that is strange
the repaired clutch cable leave absolutely no room for adjustment.. and i smell the clutch from slipping do the the wrong setting.. ok new cable it is
front holder loose
as the cable is to tight.. i remove the lever
and need to take off the repair cable end , as this will not go trough the triple t
shifter pivot loose
and preping the new cable , neverseas on the threads
new model cable have a teflon lining , for smoother pulling
screw the cable in straight... so the cable stay oil tight
gearbox oil in
and clutch mechanisme in

and the rear axle is very tight.. breaker bar and putting in some effort — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

14 mm front slider bolt, 12 mm rear bolt holder — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

airbox off for rear spark plug and air cleaner .. is messy.. but no idea this is 8000-10000 or 16000 km ? so clean and check next time in , as the bike has been running on 1 clyinder due to spark plug cable problems — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
check the sparkplug cables visualy on rubbing and corrosion in the terminals — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
