23-10-2018 - What did we do today: 16-5-2018 Buell XB9S inspection, Buell XB12S fuel pump and handle bar wiring inside, Buell Ulysses service, Buell XB12X header nuts

very long time not seen this bike.. in for check up.. and oil change — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

draining the oil.. the plug came out with a shitload off metal debris on it .. ok.. done for now.. first speak the owner — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

left peg bracket off to get to the pump — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

bike in a hoist to lift the rear.. pinch bolt swingarm axle loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and loosen the swing arm.. i leave the axle in as a limiter — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

lower shock mount loose and loosen the pump bolts— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the center hole is 1/4-20 with a screw and ring on it you can use this as pulling lever to get the pump out— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

pomp taken out.. see the rubbing marks on the wireing i'm going to use isolation to protect this — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

as the resistance off the low lever sensor is very specific.. i'm not gambeling this..i will replace this also.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
