Buell XB12X from Germany with issues, after replacing the intake gaskets, fixing the engine grounds and setting the tps sensor corectly, the bike is running like it should , so time to dress up and test ride.
Buell XB12X from Germany with issues, i like to tie the tps sensor cable to the injector rail ( like original off factory ) this way the cable end going in the sensor will damage so hard from vibration.

Buell XB12X from Germany with issues, now there are very expensive tools to pull these inserts.. with a bolt and nut you can make a improvised puller works just as good.

Buell XB12X from Germany with issues, as the right side scoop is a fragile fiberglass one ( after market ) you can not really tighten these hard , as you will crack the fibers... use a light loctite ( purple ) to hold these screws better.

Buell Xb12SS over from England, with LED indicators the blinking rate of the original indicator relais will go to fast ( or not even work at all ) easy swap with a LED indicator relais.. but you need to re position the feed and the ground in the socket, ( very easy to do )
