XB gear indicator, installed by the manuel... download the extended manual... and find the wires to really hook it up good ( need the cam signal to ecm for rpm )

XB diesel, get here done, header back on check alinement to the oil lines ( the older models can be tight , playing with the tension on the header nuts you can move the headers a little 

XB diesel, get here done, as the bike has been running on diesel, and already a year in storage over here... i check and clean the injectors , clip off 

XB diesel, get here done, and take the screws off that hold the injector rail ( manifold is a 2003 model only )

XB diesel, get here done, injectors cleaned and checked for flow, very little differance between these. put the lowest volume one to the rear cylinder as the O2 sensor will measure there 

XB diesel, get here done, now first the coil bracket back on line it out so the manifold tab is in the middle

XB diesel, get here done... yep that is way a 2 hour taking it off take 6 hours to rebuild, theads stripped on the top ty-rod / ground connection 

XB diesel, get here done, this needs to be a good repair, as a bad ground problem can happen when you don't do this right.. drilling and retapping for a timesert repair 

XB diesel, get here done, metal timesert in... i like these, way better than the helicoil repair

XB diesel, get here done, everything hooked up and coil in place

XB diesel, get here done, early model front mount wink-emoticon ( 2003 model only ) make sure is is flat as possible on the exhaust 

XB diesel, get here done, rear straps on the nice way , not the most easy way, but with the screws out off sight 

XB diesel, get here done, tension off the belt and idler pully on 

XB diesel, get here done, belt tensioned ( axle tightened ) and pinch bolt tight 

XB diesel, get here done, position the back dirt cover in position and put the outer cover on ( again 2003 models only ) 

XB diesel, get here done, after spinning the wheel... it really douse not feel good... so wheel out to check the bearings with the lover cover loose and lift the bike, you can take off the belt with out twisting or prying this

XB diesel, get here done, so wheel back in a little neverseas on the little screws to the do not corrode in the swing arm or brass nuts in the rear cover

XB diesel, get here done, wonder why the wheel still turns very hard ( now with brake caliper on ) the disk is warped and is running in to the caliper bracket... here is why a 500 euro job gets a 1000 euro job... as everything i though needs attention, was not the problem the bike brought in for, but i really can not send it out like this 

some running problems and errors on a XB12X 
i was looking for the ground wires... but notished the cut feed wires sticking out side the fuse box... ready to make a short... i think we need to look deeper in to the wire loom off this bike
