some old XB cylinders are perfect for a tube frame replacement... bored / hone oversize .. perfect — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
after hone , clean in hot soapy watter untill you can pull a reg trough the bore and will not show any dirt— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
the bores are no so clean.. they will corrode very fast, so a light coat off assembly lube in the bore — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
