checking the battery... yep old and tired 100 charged... but only 127 CCA , you notice this while starting.. as it strugles to turn over the engine , i will replace it when the hande bar kit comes in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

remove the mainshaft nut , and pull out the clutch pack / with hub — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

doing it like this you can leave the crank bolt in, and still remove the clutch basket — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

so spring back in and primairy drive back on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

preping the new cover tapping in the new seal for the shift lever — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

tensioner shoe in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and cover on, with new new gasket.. tighten starting in the middle and spiral your way out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

gearbox oil in, clutch mechanisme adjusted and shifter lever on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

tighen these with loctite... these vibrate out very often — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new bushing, shift lever and bolt ( these bolts come with loctite on theme ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

as the bike had a historical error code.. wanted to check things.. noticed a rattle ..... the tail was only hold on with 1 screw left... and that one was loose to.... will put in some new ones with loctite — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
