but to fit to the new i needed to skimm off 0.20 mm from the cover as the resess in the pully is smaller ? never noticed this before ? — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

mnnn ok the steering damper is not made for translucent covers... i grinded the spacer shorter so it douse not stick out ( left the foam washer under the box ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and mounting this , to check if the damper can take this , as i know the owner only puts a ligt setting on , this will do , for heavy / hard setting on the steering damper this is to weak — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cleaning out the swing arm of the most off the metal debris — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

after a few cleaning session about all the debirs is gone.. the oil filter will do the rest ( oil flow is from pump to cooler to filter before it enters the engine ) we need to clean out the oil cooler and lines to .. it is about impossibel to clean out the swing arm completely, but try to be as clean as posible — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
