it has some problems, like wire harness and space under the seat , in this case everything stacked loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ecm the mounting tabs trimed off , i see some rubbing already in the harness — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ego off the scale , and bike cutting out.. uneven idle.. intake seal leak test was ok.. no leaking — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

if i pick up the ecm while running the engine cuts out— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ok problem 1, connectors loose , and lock if broken of the ecm — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the exhaust valve motor douse work.. despite the error code — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

but engine is hot now for oil change.. the drain plug has been repaired for a oversze one already — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

loosening the rear wheel axle.. needed the breaker bar — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

with neutral light problem, checking the switch as it is common this fails , this is 0.8 Ohm.. perfect — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

boot of the clutch cable has been burning — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

this way, the boot will work as a funnel for watter into the gearbox.. i will put a new one on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and route the side stand switch wire inside the clutch cable wire — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the gearbox drain plug was wrapped in telfon tape..please do not use this , that is for NPT threads only.. not for straight threads — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

adjusting the shift lever , so the angles make it lighter to shift — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and with the rear wheel still in the air.. shift to 5e gear and bump the engine around to check the primairy chain tension on at least 3 spots — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
