XB12XT problem child, super strange problem for km zero... but i have booked progress, lost off test riding, and testing and swapping parts.

 

XB12XT problem child, the bike already rides good, but not perfect, so i will make it ready for the dyno to fine tune the mapping.

 

XB9R running on diesel... noop douse not work , they already drained the diesel and put fuel in but the bike runs very bad.

XB9R running on diesel. as i see the cylinder head smoking, but could not pin point directly where ? head gasket ? checking compression.

XB9R running on diesel, ok got the problem... the head bolt was loose, the other 3 where tight.

 

XB9R running on diesel, head gasket flame ring is gone on that position, making it leak.

XB9R running on diesel.but cylinder wall looks not good, not really deep, but i can feel it.. will ship theme to the machine shop and see if the need a rebore , or can do with cleaning up the bore ( and new piston rings ) 

 

XB9R running on diesel, removing the piston pin, heat it up or use a puller so you don't destroy the crank bearings.

1125r programming new ecm.. i love it when this happens ( need to reflash this ecm )
