finaly... cylinder over size is in ... was waiting on a customer who misted the ferry, so again complete scedule for the weeks turned around... lets get this puppy smoking 

checking the rin end gaps , middle in the range .. perfect

exhaust on... big home made and heavy , the front slip on connector was complety to wide to even be air tight , so welded these to getter to get some sort off mounting stabilaty in there — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and after some rotations there is oil pressure in the system ... time to start here up for the first time — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

preping 2010 rear wheel. need to mount this for a customer, will prepair it as far as i can — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

brake side bearring in first ( the 1 bearing ) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

spacer in and than the other side ( pulley side ) the 2 bearing end — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

bike has cooled down enough to give here a other heat cycle , 20 to 30 secondes at the most — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and after 30 seconds the barrels are hot .. while the heads are still cool to tough — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

checking fan action... we had this bike in the shop before, fan was not working... head temp sensor was playing tricks... after replaceing the bike did run beutifull , but the customer took it out on the 3e ride and trouble was back again ? — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

for now she is behaving as she should ... nothing wrong... heats up nicely , not running way to hot.. fan action contact off at the right temperatures , will try to morrow again — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
