XB12R TLC, ecm swapping for the one with fuel mapping , front fairing needs to come off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
XB12R TLC, i will mount the indicators back the right way ( drain hole is now on top )
XB12R TLC, indicator nuts loose —
XB12R TLC, mirror mounts off
XB12R TLC, and the lower 2 screws on the fairing
XB12R TLC, swaping the ecm and mounting back the horn
XB12R TLC, with the fairing still off easy acces to the front brake, it felt a little cruchy pulling the lever, a little clean and thick grease on the ramp and master cylinder anvil , makes the feeling so much better — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
XB12R TLC, off course a little grease on the pivot pin — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

XB12R TLC, will clean the rear reservoir out, there are boogers on the bottom..
XB12R TLC, fairing back on, and k&n airfilter
XB12R TLC, still the stock original airbox
XB12R TLC, it will work so much better with just a few holes ( the 08 up air box covers are very good )

XB12R TLC, after test ride, idle blimping the throttle when hot i hear it ping, and under heavy load above 5000 rpm it pings... mnnn point cover is been off , static timing ? engine did run not really nice and with wrong plugs ?
XB12R TLC, i check the static timing first , drilling off the rivets heads
XB12R TLC, and remove the base plate
XB12R TLC, take the timing plug out the case
XB12R TLC, bike on the rear stand in 5e gear bump the rear wheel untill you see the thick line in the midle off the hole,
XB12R TLC, timing mark on front cylinder tdc/ combustion the cam position sensor should switch
XB12R TLC, to check you can loosen the pick up and move it a little back and forth , was a little off , again test ride smile-emoticon better
XB12R TLC, this baby is ready to be picked up
