These terms and conditions apply to all orders that are placed with Twin Motorcycles world wide. If you request a copy of these conditions they can be sent to you. From the named prices, details and delivery times on this website, no rights can be derived. All rights reserved. Please read the terms and conditions fully before placing an order! All our general terms and conditions have been passed by the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht. 1 - General When placing your order you will have to agree to the general terms and conditions. You are obligated to pay and receive the item that you have ordered. Twin Motorcycles have the right to change their general sales terms and conditions. All goods remain the property of Twin Motorcycles until the full payment has been received. Only order forms that have been filled in correctly will be processed. You are obligated fill in a valid e-mail address and telephone number on the order form. You must be a minimum of 16 years of age. In the rare case that Twin motorcycles has any doubts over a customer or order Twin Motorcycles has the right to end the processing of the order, and can then report to the appropriate internet provider, or credit card company in the case of misuse or fraud. Supply of an item is available as long as the stocks last. Twin Motorcycles supply no guarantees that goods will be in stock. No items on this site can be used with third parties, without permission from Twin Motorcycles. All rights are held by: Twin Motorcycles BV Edisonweg 44 3404 LD IJsselstein 0031 (0) 30-6878214 2 - Delivery and delivery prices Twin Motorcycles have all there goods delivered through Postal company's. You will receive an email from us when your package has been picked up by the shipping company, with a track and trace number. All shipping cost, can be found in our web shop. When you order the parts, the total amount of shipping cost, will be under the total price of your parts on the last page. You pay in the web shop for the shipping cost and the parts. 3 - Delivery Twin Motorcycles delivers throughout the world. The delivery times depends on the chosen payment method. From the moment that the payment has been received it will be a maximum of 5 working days before your order will be sent if all the parts are in stock. The time of delivery to our warehouse is depending on the stock of our suppliers and is mentioned at every article. If it is in stock it says in stock YES. There can be rare occasions when an item is not available (temporarily). In this case a message will be sent to you and Twin Motorcycles will keep you regularly informed on the status of your order. If we exceed our delivery terms, you do not have the right to claim for damage costs or cancel your order, although if the delivery terms are as such that cannot be resolved then you have the right to cancel your order if you feel it is necessary. All mentioned delivery deadlines are only an indication and all rights are reserved. All cancellations must be in writing to info@twinmotorcycles.nl and need to be confirmed by us. 4 - Payment There are 2 methods of payment. You pay for the item first by bank transfer into our bank account with your order number that you received in the email. By this method payment it must be made over to our bank account within 14 days. If this time limit is exceeded then you will be sent a reminder via email. You can pay online in our webshop for credit card or paypal. All online payments are run through a safe and secured (SSL) connection. The technology makes sure that your personal details are not shared amongst third parties, or with us. 4.1 - Chargeback In the case that you have a chargeback, you are obligated to return the received goods unopened and undamaged in the undamaged package within two weeks. There will be restocking fee of 25%. 5 - No good, money back guarantee When the product doesn't live up to your expectations or the wrong item was sent by us, then you can return the product in the original packaging, unused and in original form within 14 days, you must pay for the shipping cost and the package remain unopened. To make it clear for our customer service, with your returned item you must put in a copy of the invoice, your bank account number and the reason for return. You can also send an email to our customer service with these details. When the returns process has been completed we will return you payment into your bank account within 14 days. The sending costs that have been made by Twin Motorcycles will be deducted in the return payment. For Countries outside of the Netherlands return transactions can take up to 10 days longer in view of the transaction times for international banks. Exchange can also be made within 14 days under the above terms and conditions. For this 1 x postage costs plus the extra costs of the new item(if applicable) will be charged, and must be paid into our bank in advance. Although we take great care with processing your order if you do receive the wrong product then please contact our customer service department via email info@twinmotorcycles.nl. 6 - Price changes Twin Motorcycles are entitled to change prices at any time without written notice. All price information on paper or electronically from the warehouse are given in the invoice. 7 - Ordering/communication Twin Motorcycles are not liable for any misunderstanding, delays, or incorrect order details through the use of the internet or any other forms of communication between you and Twin motorcycles and also between Twin Motorcycles and third parties, and are not part of the relationship between you and Twin Motorcycles, unless Twin motorcycles have accepted responsibility. 8 - Liability Twin Motorcycles cannot be held liable for any tampering of products, if this is the case through misuse ( dismantling). By dismantling the products there needs to be an official letter, as we can't check if you have dismantled the item correctly. We are also not liable for complaints over damage or the use of the incorrect tools. You can send us an email if you have any doubt over the assembly/disassembly of a product. Furthermore no rights can be derived. The liability of Twin Motorcycles is always limited to a maximum of the total cost of the order. 9 - Changing terms and conditions The latest c.q version of terms and conditions always apply at the time of ordering. 10 - Legal terms All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements where these terms and conditions apply are only for the Netherlands. All disputes between parties will be dealt with in the appropriate way and legal matters with be dealt with in a Netherlands court. 11 - Privacy - Declaration Twin Motorcycles take great care to handle all your details/orders supplied by you and are dealt with in the strictest confidence. Twin Motorcycles conform to all policies through the Dutch "Thuiswinkel". These regulations have been based on the "European convention on crossborder mail order and distance selling", in March 2002 given through the distant business sellers union in the EMOTA, the European mail order and Distance Selling Trade Association. Twin Motorcycles will never share your details with any other third parties, with the exception of third parties which are integrated in the implementation of your order. When placing an order you name and delivery address are required to process the order. Your details may be used internally, but only to keep you informed of the latest offers/deals, changing of our inventory, improvements on the website and any other relevant information over Twin motorcycles. If you don't wish to receive this information then send an email to info@twinmotorcycles.nl. For statistical purposes the number of visitors to our website is recorded. Information such as number of visitors and frequency of customers etc is used internally to better our website. This information is general and doesn't make an difference to the individual visitor.
