oil sensor switch connector was corroded on... need to remove with force — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and at least 1 wire is rubbed trough from the regulator wires ... sheeez — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

looking at the damage in the regulator wire. 1 stator lead is out.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and isolation scuffed on the ground wire , fixed the connection and reisolate the wires — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ohh yes.. happy happy me... i could feel the crack in the nipple very gently trying to avoid allot off work.. nope was to far gone already.. and the nipple snapped clean off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

i can not get to the nipple hole as the header is in front off it.. so engine rotation and header removal — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ittle wd40 on the stud.. tighten first and light hands.. all 4 nuts off with our breaking :-) — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

oil lines loose from the nipple , it was freaking tight needed to clamp it in a vice — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new nipple , come with loctite on , as i don't want this to ever leak.. i put a little more hydro-line loctite on it— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

engine up and w-brace in postion to mount the oil lines in the correct postion — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

use counter spanners to hold the nipples .. as you have seen these break very easy — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

same for the return , header back on and engine up for the last time to day — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

on with the belt.. ok from customer.. swing arm brace out , only when the tension is off the belt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new belt on.. OEM belt.. are freaking tight — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

TH 2 exhaust on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and idler pully on and gently tighten the axle turning the wheel — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
