checking the neutral switch and connecting wire.. switch has allot off resistance , only to get wurst when the bike gets hot — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
belt off the front pully, thin walled 5/8 socket and under a small angle you can remove the neutral sensor — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
take out the old crush washer if it douse not come on out on the sensor — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
new sensor and crush washer in. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
new bearings in the wheel and can be mounted back — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the odd bal front fork... 08 Up Uly , more lock to lock steering , but same trail — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

bike has a problem with the indicators.. if you move the handle bar the indicators stop sometimes .. first check the grond on the steering head — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

ok.. need to check the wire harness around the steering head.. best is to take the left fork leg out— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

now we can inspect the wire loom... looking for rubbing or defects... wire by wire... thise one bends to easy under a angle — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
a little pull and this cable snapped.. the wire was already broken.. only the isolation was holding it in place — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
solder repair.. very good and watter tight — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

bad starting.. clock resets, odo meter resets... your battery is getting weak... testing this one only has 144 CCA, this is very low to start a Buell — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
