the 2003 models really had a crappy intake manifold , lucky this was replaced in 2004 — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new vacuum port cap — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and manifold back on.. take care using blue seals.. they are not for every bike... when you have blue seals and you need to force the manifold in place to get the bolts in.. your doing it wrong.. and use normal black seals . these ones go in by hand — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

during testing , the startermotor solinoid was hammering away .. when i pulled the clutch it turn the engine and started.. bad neutral switch.. 163 K Ohm .. light will still burn.. but the start inhibitar will not switch fully — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

03/ XB9 model only... right scoop wraps a little around the header ,, test ride — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

long drift, find the recesses in the frame and hammer the bearing out , using a heavy hammer helps.. specialy upside down tapping out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

for shit an giggles remove a seal in the bearings.. nice and brown — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

in this case was choosen for the cheaper option off conical bearings.. — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and now sportster steering head tools fit :-) outer race puller — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

seal first and load the bearing with grease — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

now adjusting.. with these conical bearings this will take more attention !!! there is a very fine line between to tight and to loose ( play ) the course thread on the stem nut douse not help.. anyway do not load these with the normal preload off 55 NM !!— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

anyway one job i happely perform.. cutting out a alarm... especialy the crappy ones , makeing room and removing the fairing , mirrors off and the 2 bottum screen screws out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
