cleaned and ready to be mounted... check the notch in the shafts.. it can dammage the rocker bolts turning them in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

when mounting and knowing the angle off the oil line.. i need to fix the return nipple in the pump as it is loose , so i turn it up to remember when mounting— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

main gear small sign of corrosion .. will fit this — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

left sprocket bearing looks ok — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

but this bearing i was after ... pinion side you see the hardeded surface is gone on half the race — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

the bearings is starting to tell some signs — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

yep.. glad we cought this now.. any furter and all the insided would have needed to be replaced — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

shifter fork sliders knocking them out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

and checking the main gear bearings , knocking the seal out — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

 

 

yep .. this one will also be replaced — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
