X1 g'r done, ironed out the last electrical gremlins on the bike, and she is now running as it should, only the belt... i suppose a HD dealer has tightened it... freaking tight, best way to wear down your gearbox bearings on a buell

X1 g'r done, more slack... and the belt suddenly douse not sqeall any more smile-emoticon test ride smile-emoticon

X1 g'r done, test ride was very short... lost the front brake.. frown-emoticon really ? bolt out , other one loose

X1 g'r done, and all the disk bolts have come out

X1 g'r done, called the customer.. was nothing done to the brake and has driven the bike for 1000km after the dealer has done all previeus repairs

X1 g'r done, ok clean bolts. loctite on and tighen

X1 g'r done, caliperbolts not loctite was on

X1 g'r done, loctite on and tighten to specs... ok pulled the threads out

X1 g'r done, happy feelings.. an other 15 minutes job , that is going to take a little more time wink-emoticon

X1 g'r done, caliper drilled to oversize Timesert size

X1 g'r done, reses made

X1 g'r done, tapping thread size for timesert

X1 g'r done, and time sert in... will nvever come out again 

X1 g'r done, brake pads are gone to .. will replace these

X1 g'r done, best to loosen with caliper fixed to something , the lock cap has seen the best off scew drivers

X1 g'r done, happy... agian the 5mm hex will slip on the pin

X1 g'r done, 7/32 allen did the trick needed some presuation

X1 g'r done, yep about ,5 mm left

X1 g'r done, so 3e time douse it finaly the disk and caliper are on


X1 g'r done, new pad pin and loc cap

Xb service and clutch problems , feels like the clutch is slipping noted the customer, has been replaced allready by the dealer ones

 


Xb service and clutch problems, opened the clutch cover... the smell off burned clutch is very noticeble.. ok open here up

Xb service and clutch problems, plates in the middle are ususaly the hottest, while the most outer still looks ok

Xb service and clutch problems, fresh set off plates, soak in oil for a while before you mount theme

Xb service and clutch problems, start with the flat half ring , followed by the dish like half plate

Xb service and clutch problems, and stack alternating friction steel plate, you should end with a friction plate

Xb service and clutch problems, remove the clutch spring.. as debris under here can give problems

Xb service and clutch problems, old style ( tube frame stock ) spring mounted, bike is very powerfull after tuning, and as been slipping before, with a little more heavy spring it will hold much better
