under seast check... battery tray is rattleing.. passengers pegs removed.. put some bolt in these, the buell vibration will make the battery ( and all connected ) rattle to much — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and recommendation to clean the seat rails as these are a active ground member to conduct the ground to the frame and engine — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

little rubbing on the front cable... changed position to the rear.. and this is how far the cable needs to be on the coil to securly connect — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

wheel out.. bearings are also fucky.. really take thr wheel out to check. as i would not notice this turning. the wheel.. but they will not last a other 8000 km ( or next service ) so i will replace these — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

last change to prime the crank ( big end bearing ) give a few squirts off oil in the hole — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

spacer will have some running marks.. can be cleaned and with a fine scotchbrite give it a clean— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

seal a little starting lube on the edge so it douse not run dry from the start and spacer back on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
