battery connections are loose.. i will put some new screws in with washers ( now normal bolts ) start off many problems... loose battery cables — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

opening the covers as we need to change the plugs

draining the oil .. black as pitch.. and oil drain show some metal dust on it little common on these early engines .. checked the service records , last service was about 12000 km and 4 years ago... will clean it and ask customer to come in next year , to check .. as we can get a idea on the engine ware — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

while the gearbox drain plug will normaly show metal debris

and small signs of the rear base gasket is sweating

removing the covers.. the old swingarm axle this bolt can be a crime

as there is only a insert to hold the bolt.. Buell quickly changed the design off the axle to massive and drilled and tapped this hole

clutch cable looks virgin... i will grease the threads... for langer lasting fun

swing arm pinch bolt loose

gear box oil back in.. please note the power clutch.. needs a tighter adjustment than normal ,1/8 turn loose

priming the oil filter to put back on

checking the belt...

missing a piece, no tears out the and looks like old damage

wheel beasings rear are ok

and the idler pully bearings are ok

wheel back on axle to tq and tighten the pinch bolt

removing the stack nuts will try to glue theme in — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

cleaning and a dab off silicone sealer in pressinf the nut in plate .. i leave it to dry for a while .. hopen it wil hold — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

new bolt with lock washer on the battery cables.. to hold theme better in place and don't comeloose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

seat was also rubbing on the ecm cable , isolate and reroute — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

yep.. the spacer washers where not mounted.. hitting the exhaust bracket , causes the tensioner to break — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
