primairy cover holes are not leaking..when the bolts are removed.. good sign.. gasket is good — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

belt tension is way to high.. you need to check this with the bike loaded.. not HD tight...!!! — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

grr.... owner had put way to much oil in.. after a little warming up i pulled out the dipstick and about a oil fountain ... i will need to pressure wash this bike down... grrrrr.... even if the oil tank is empty after a 2 months standing still.. you know how you put it away.. first start and let the oil return to the tank , before you check level or start to fill up — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

pushing down the rod the membrame stays down.. the spring is not pushing it back up... menning the fuel can not prime for the next squirt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

compairing the membrame to a new one.. the old one has grown bigger .. swolen by the fuel ? or fuel system cleaner ? — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

back on, priming the fuel bowl , and tesing .. check works — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

1125 Cr charging problems... we remove the rotor last week to edm the oil yet in it.. now time to fix the bike — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

the HD wire harness modification has been done.. i remove this after the stator and rotor upgrade.. will give no issues — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

check the rear wheel bearings.. 10mm allen to loosen the pinch bolt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

rear pads are running thin... as these are small pads.. when you use these , they wear out fast , — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

wheel back in setting caliper bolt to 50 Nm with a drop off loctite — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

push down the front suspention a few times. to set the front — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

and tighten the pinch bolts — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

brake fluid change.... these scews are tightened very hard... — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.

with the head drilled off , you can turn the left over out with your finger — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
