front engine mount hangin on the last end... no good, and you will notice the increased vibration 


replacing is easy, very easy with a jackeble exhaust , support the engine weight — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


jack the engine up so there is no tension on the bolt— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


and after loosening the bolt , you should be able to remove it by and , if not try with the jack to releave the tension , clutch cable holder is already loosened— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


loosen the front engine mount head bolts size 3/8 , same as the big mushroom bolt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


new mount, red loctite on the bolts — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


with the new front mount is a new bolt suplied, coat this with neverseas , watter spray from the front wheel, can start corrosion on the shaft , making it hard to remove — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


start all bolts so they are in correctly, and tighten the head bolts ( dropping the engine a little so the new mount is not jammed to the frame ) TQ 66 NM and lift the engine again so the front mount bolt is tension free , and thighten this one also to 66 Nm— bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


clutch cable bracket back on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


belt replacement, old one is starting to show some cracks , loose the chin spoiler to have some clearance to remove the front pully cover, lifting the wheel is not really needed, but works better — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


and remove the pully cover — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


loosen the footpeg bracket bolts and take the brackt off ( hanging on the brake line ) to have clearance to the swingarm brace bolts , and make it easyer to put the belt on — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


belt guards off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


axle pinch bolt loose — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


and loosen the rear axle — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


loosen the rear axle so the wheel is on the thin piece off the axle is enought to take the tension off the belt — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


with the belt tension off you can loosen and remove the swing arm brace — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


and slide the belt off — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


make a "magic" twist and will make a perfect longtrips emergency spare belt to put in your back pack, as replacing a belt is relative easy, getting one in the middle off nowhere can be a hassle — bijTwin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


new belt on, front pulley first make sure the teeth aline to clear the idler pully bracket — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.


here is where lifting the rear wheel makes life easyer, put he belt half on and rotate de wheel back and forth to set it on the pulley , don't pry or use force — bij Twin Motorcycles Buell Support forever.
